Taylor Williams (She/Her) // certified personal trainer
Hi everyone, you can call me Tay! I’m a Texas girl from a suuuper small town called Flatonia and I’ve been living in Denver since 2019. Sports, health and fitness have always been a part of my life from the time that I was four years old. Growing up in a very athletic and sports dominated household I was able to find a life long passion for fitness, sports and an active lifestyle. After my collegiate career at the University of South Carolina I was able to transfer all of my mental and physical skills that I learned through the sport of softball and thus, transformed it into personal training offering strength training, HIIT, and various types of workouts and bootcamps that fit best for my clients.
What I bring to my clients is energy, consistency and motivation to help you become the best you possible at a pace that’s comfortable to you. We always strive to become 1% better everyday, I hope I can do that for you, let’s get to work!
Certifications:
ACTION - Certified Personal Trainer
