About My Services—
What types of training do YOU offer?
I specialize in strength training and functional fitness, with a focus on body neutrality and empowering movement. My training includes 1:1 personal training, duo and trio sessions, and small group classes— all consisting of customized workout programming designed to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term habits.
Do you work with beginners, or do I need experience?
No experience? No problem! My coaching is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that fits your goals.
Do you offer virtual training or in-person only?
Currently, all training is in-person at Denver Strength Collective, a welcoming and inclusive gym space. If you're interested in online training or remote programming, let me know—I may offer these options in the future!
How do I get started with personal training?
The first step is to book a consultation! This is a no-pressure, no cost chat where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and what you’re looking for in a personal trainer. From there, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and needs.
Training Approach & Philosophy—
What’s your coaching style?
I take a supportive, straightforward, and fun approach to training. My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body—while having fun in the process.
Do I need a gym membership to train with you?
Nope! Training with me takes place at our private training studio, Denver Strength Collective, aka my clients do not need a separate gym membership to work with me.
What makes your training different from other trainers?
I focus on body-neutral strength training—meaning we’re here to build strength, confidence, and performance rather than chasing a specific aesthetic. My approach is inclusive, empowering, and designed for real life, not just gym life. Plus, I keep things fun and adaptable, so you never feel like you’re stuck in a rigid routine.
Logistics & Policies—
What should I bring to my training sessions?
Just bring yourself, water (we also have water here as well) and comfortable workout clothes/shoes! If you have any specific questions about what to wear / shoes, we can chat about that when we meet— overall, I will always do my best to maximize our time / adapt to what you have!
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I totally get that life happens! I generally ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a session charge. If you have an emergency, just reach out—we’ll figure it out together!
What if I have an injury or special considerations? Can I still train?
Yes! I have experience working with clients who have past injuries, mobility limitations, and special considerations. My programming is always adaptable, and I’ll work with you to create a plan that’s safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. If you’re under a doctor’s care, I may ask for clearance before we start. We also have a Physical Therapist who also works in our studio, if there are any additional concern we think could utilize more specific attention!
